Join a Team

Kidzana is exploding with opportunities to impact children and their communities. Our E-TEAMS equip international Christian children’s teachers and leaders to reach and disciple children in their regions for Christ through local training workshops. We present seminars, offering other outreach, evangelism, leadership training and support as needed.

What kinds of people serve on Kidzana Teams?

E-TEAMS consist of a variety of people with one or more of the following areas of experience:

• CHILDREN’S MINISTERS
  People who love kids, have worked with children and want to share their passion and experience with kids and their leaders around the world.

Pre-requisites for Joining a Team

• Prior children’s ministry or educational/professional ministry required. International ministry preferred.
• Completion and approval of a full “Application for International Team Ministry” and “Consent to Perform Criminal History Background Check” with $20 application fee.
• Attendance/completion of a Global Training Institute. Day 1 is required for ALL participants (including prayer warriors, tech support, specialists, etc. Days 1-3 (full Institute) are recommended for all, if possible, but are REQUIRED of team members who will present Kidzana seminar training lessons or participate in children's ministry on the field.
• In good health, able to travel to undeveloped regions of the world.
• MASTER TRAINERS
  Leaders with significant amounts of education and/or ministry experience with children, leading children’s programs, training teachers, etc.
• INTERNS/TRAINEES
  People with little or no experience in children’s or international ministry, who want to learn all they can and serve in any way possible to reach kids.
• TEAM SUPPORT:
  People who serve the team in crucial areas:
  • Tech Support and/or Video
  • Coordination & Administration
  • Prayer Warriors
• SPECIALISTS:
  People with educational or professional expertise or experience to share with children, their leaders and/or our team in one or more of the following areas of specialty:
  • Parenting & Child Development
  • Sports & Recreation Ministry
  • Drama, Puppets or Music
  • Children at Risk (special needs, street kids, orphans)
  • Leadership Development
  • Curriculum Development
  • Organization/Capacity Development
  • Or other special topics needed in specific regions

Fundraising Requirements

• Team members are responsible for raising the entire fundraising amount from friends, family, church, themselves or others (check with team leaders or the Kidzana office for sample support letters and guidelines).
